My401k.International is an educational website operated by American Expat Advisors, a trading name of Drakelowe LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Guide requests: your first name (optional), email address, the guide requested, the page you requested it from, the date, and whether you chose to receive email updates.
• Introduction requests: your name, email, country of residence and main question, plus any optional details you add (plan provider, balance range, tax status, phone and message), and your consent choices.
• Starting-point tool: the description you type is sent to an AI service provider to generate suggestions. We do not save it.
• Technical information: our hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.

Please never send Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, statements or identity documents through this website.

How we use it

• To give you the guide you requested. Access to the guide never requires agreeing to marketing emails.
• To send email updates and resources only if you ticked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To review introduction requests and, with your consent, share the information you submit with an independent, U.S.-licensed financial advisor so they can contact you.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

Who we share it with

• Advisors: only for introduction requests, and only with your consent.
• Service providers who host the website, store submissions and provide the AI suggestions, who must keep information confidential.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property.
• Business transfers: if our business is merged, acquired or sold.

We do not sell your personal information.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to work, such as checklist ticks, which stay on your device.

Keeping and protecting your information

Submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized administrators. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.
